The scope and pricing of these are set out in proposals, agreements, or invoices provided to clients.

3. CRM Access and Usage

Where we provide access to our CRM platform you agree to:

  • Keep login details secure and confidential

  • Use the system only for lawful business purposes

  • Not share or resell access without our consent
    We may suspend or terminate access if misuse is detected.

4. Intellectual Property

All materials, designs, content, and software created or provided by Minutes Agency remain our intellectual property unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing. Clients are granted a licence to use deliverables for their own business purposes once invoices are paid in full.

5. Payments

Invoices must be paid in line with the agreed terms. We may suspend or stop services if invoices are overdue.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses

  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question

  • We do not guarantee specific business outcomes such as revenue increases or search rankings

7. Termination

Either party may end a contract with written notice under the agreed terms. We may suspend or end services immediately if these Terms are breached.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted here with a new date. Continuing to use our services means you accept the revised Terms.
