Giving The House of Mira a Site Clients Can Book From

A facial studio in Finchley got a website in its own colours, with a live booking calendar and a CRM sitting behind it.

The Story

The House of Mira is a facial studio in Finchley, north London, and it runs on written protocols. There are five treatments (Essential Glow, Signature, Luxury, Oxygen Glow and Microneedling) and each one is a fixed order of steps a client can read before they sit down.

They asked for a site that looked like the studio, in their own colours, and a way for people to book themselves rather than ringing mid-treatment.

What We Built

Smart Website

One site in the brand’s blush, cream and deep brown, with the five protocols set out step by step and the price beside each. Open a treatment and the whole sequence is there, from the double cleanse to the SPF. It is built to read well on a phone.

Booking

The booking form sits on the homepage. A client puts in their details, picks a treatment, and its live calendar loads. No deposit is taken, and they pay at the studio afterwards. The calendar runs on Minutes App, our own CRM product, so what people see is real availability rather than a request somebody answers later. Rescheduling is free up to 24 hours before.

CRM

Bookings arrive in the CRM with the client’s details attached. A consultation form goes out with the confirmation email, and the answers file onto that client’s record before the appointment, so the skin and health history is read in advance instead of written out at the chair.

The Result

The studio now has a front door that matches the room: prices and steps in the open, a real calendar instead of a callback, and client notes in one place. Booking happens without anyone being interrupted mid-treatment.
