KC Built is set up to deliver the larger end of the London construction market, tendered and negotiated commercial projects, framework packages, planned-maintenance contracts and multi-phase refurbishments for housing associations, local authorities, managing agents and private commercial clients.
From PQQ and tender stage through to handover, every project is run with proper site management, programme control, cost reporting and the health-and-safety paperwork that public-sector and commercial clients expect, including our SafeContractor accreditation and our NICEIC and NAPIT credentials.

Tendered work is rarely about price alone, it is about turning up with a credible PQQ, a deliverable programme and the in-house trades to back it up. KC Built can self-perform roofing, electrical and structural packages on the same job, which removes the supply-chain risk that managing agents and consultants screen for at tender stage.

Case Study, Rutland Court, Rutland Gardens
Rutland Court at Rutland Gardens is one of our current flagship commercial projects, a multi-phase refurbishment programme delivered for a prestigious Knightsbridge address. Works span flat-roof renewal, façade reinstatement, structural works and full scaffold-managed access, all coordinated alongside the residents and managing agents.
The project is live and ongoing. Aerial drone footage and progress photography are available on request and on our homepage, typical of the larger, longer-running commercial work KC Built is built to deliver.
