Alpha & Omega Pharmacy in Leeds wanted a landing page that made the whole weight loss process easier for patients. The idea was to give people a simple way to check if they were eligible, compare safe treatment options, and pay online in one flow. Their old setup didn’t cover this, so we built a clear step-by-step journey that guides patients smoothly from start to finish.
What We Did
Smart Website
We created a focused landing page designed to generate leads and guide patients clearly. Instead of a basic enquiry form, we built a three-step flow:
Eligibility Check: Patients complete a medical questionnaire that automatically calculates BMI in both metric and imperial units. Every field is validated as it’s filled in, and if something is missing or outside the safe range, the form highlights it in red right away. If the overall answers show the patient is not eligible, they receive an instant response and cannot move forward.
Treatment Comparison: Eligible patients are then shown available treatment options with clear explanations, so they can make an informed choice.
Online Payment: Once they select a treatment, they can pay directly online and complete their order.
This approach reduces clinical risk, ensures only eligible patients continue, and gives patients confidence that the process is clinician-guided.
CRM
We integrated a CRM so the pharmacy team can see every patient journey in a clear pipeline. The pharmacy can track who was eligible, who compared treatments, and who reached the payment step. If a patient is eligible but doesn’t pay, the system automatically sends a follow-up email. Staff can also step in manually when needed. Orders are tracked in the CRM for review, preparation, and dispatch, keeping everything in one organised place.

For the pharmacy, the CRM brings structure to lead management, with automatic follow-ups and order tracking.
