The Story
Dr Farzana wanted to run Google Ads, but the existing website wasn’t the best place to send patients. It wasn’t built for quick decisions, and people could have struggled to find the details they needed.
Instead of changing the whole site, we created a few focused landing pages just for the treatments they wanted to advertise. Each page kept things simple with details on how the treatment works, common questions, patient reviews, an introduction to Dr Farzana, and a clear contact form. This way, anyone coming from an ad could quickly find what they needed and feel comfortable getting in touch.
What We Did
Landing Pages for Ads
We built single-page landing pages designed for campaigns. They were mobile-friendly, easy to read, and included all the essentials on one page.
Content Creation
To support the landing pages and campaigns, we produced videos that showed the treatment process as well as real patient feedback. These gave potential patients a better sense of what to expect and helped build trust.
CRM
All forms on the landing pages were linked to a CRM. The clinic team can now see every lead in a pipeline, follow progress, and keep track of each patient’s journey.
Paid Advertising Campaigns
Once the landing pages were live, we launched Google Ads focused on key treatments. Ads sent patients directly to the right page, making the journey from click to enquiry much clearer.
The Outcome
Dr Farzana’s clinic now has a system that works smoothly across ads, content, and lead management. Campaigns bring people to landing pages designed for quick decisions, the content shows the process and builds confidence, and the CRM keeps everything organised for the clinic team.
