The Starting Point
Eventar planned the Reframe event to bring together Farsi-speaking healthcare professionals in the UK. They knew what they wanted to achieve, but reaching the right people and making ticket sales easy was not straightforward. On top of that, they needed content that would draw interest before the event and capture the highlights on the day.
What They Needed
They asked for a landing page that explained the event in a simple way and made it easy to book tickets. A ticketing system that worked without confusion. Content that could run as ads and speak directly to their audience. And once the event was live, photos and video that would record the atmosphere and give them material to share afterwards.
What We Built Together
Event Landing Page
We designed a focused landing page with all the key details and a ticketing system that allowed people to book in just a few steps.
Content Creation
Short videos were produced for ads, highlighting what the Reframe event was about and who it was for. On the day, we provided photography and videography to capture the talks, networking, and atmosphere, giving Eventar content to share after the event and use for future promotion.
Paid Advertising Campaigns
Social media campaigns were set up using the videos to reach Farsi-speaking healthcare professionals. The ads built awareness and encouraged registrations, helping the event reach the right people at the right time.
Results
The Reframe event had a clear digital journey. Tickets were sold directly through the new landing page, ads reached the right audience, and the event was captured with professional coverage.
