For customers who have already bought tickets, the bot includes a secure verification step that lets them access their full order details, including seat number, venue information, and even a downloadable version of their ticket.

The Honar Ticket Telegram channel was previously inactive. We connected it directly to the website’s event system, so whenever ticket sales open for a new event, the details and ticket link are automatically posted. This keeps followers informed and helps events sell faster without any manual effort.
